We accept a variety of credit cards along with Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. 

After your trial period ends, your card will be charged the amount of whichever subscription plan you pick. None of your progress will be lost, and there will be no gaps in your ability to use the site.

You will be charged based on the subscription plan you picked. You will not be charged for the trial. After that, you will be charged once per year if you chose the annual plan, or on a monthly basis if you picked the monthly subscription.

LevelUp Leader takes security and your privacy seriously. Shopify, who processes our credit card transactions, is certified Level 1 PCI DSS, which is the highest it gets. You can read more about their security measures here.

You will receive an email notification with your order confirmation and receipt upon purchase.

Also, after you log in to our site, you will be able to see all of your orders. While you're here, you can confirm that your credit card information and email address are correct.

Currently, we do not offer the option to pause your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and do the following: 
1. Click on Manage Subscriptions 
2. Click on the Subscriptions tab and select the product you want to cancel
3. Click Cancel Subscription  
4. Select a cancellation reason and click Next
